Eligibility

To qualify for the VST Grant for High School Seniors, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a current high school senior.
  • Attending a public high school in the city of Merced for at least three years and reside in Merced County during that time. 
  • Maintain a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Will complete the A-G Requirements by graduation.
